Workshop with Dee Collins at the Moravian Archives
Please register by filling out the form below.

Do you have old documents or books at home and you would like to learn how to properly care for them? Then this is the right workshop for you.

During this workshop you’ll learn to care for and store your old books and papers. Cleaning a book and making an enclosure for it will be included in this hands-on workshop. You’ll also learn about supplies and where you can get them, so you can continue caring for your items at home.

Please bring an old dirty book to work on in the workshop (no large books please). Also, if you have a flat article that needs cleaning please bring that along too.

The maximum participation of this workshop is limited to 8. One spot remaining!

Dee Collins is a printmaker, book artist, and art educator. She recently retired from the Free Library of Philadelphia, where she worked in the Collection Care Department as a Conservation Technician.
