open house with display at the Moravian Archives
This summer a reviewer visited Bethlehem to assess Bethlehem’s application for inclusion on the Unesco World Heritage List. During his visit he spent time at the Moravian Archives to get an idea of the unique material that is housed here.
Today you will have a chance to see the unique archival material that the Unesco reviewer got to see: construction plans, maps, lists, photographs, letters — documenting the history of the nominated buildings in Bethlehem’s historic district.
We will also offer behind-the-scenes vault tours, as well as coffee and refreshments out on the portico. Our gift shop offers many great items.
