Join assistant archivist Thomas McCullough for a three-part workshop series designed for beginner genealogists interested in using the collections of the Moravian Archives, Bethlehem.

May 11, Part I: Introducing Different Records Genres
In this introductory workshop, participants will gain a cursory overview of different types of records preserved at the Moravian Archives, Bethlehem.

May 18, Part II: Diving into the Records
In this second workshop, participants will learn about how to get the process started and thereafter how to access and use various types of records preserved at the Moravian Archives, Bethlehem.

May 25, Part III: Documentation and Overcoming Challenges
In this final workshop, participants will tie together four critical elements of genealogy: discovery, documentation, organization, and sharing. Thomas will also introduce public records and discuss how such records can be used in conjunction with church records preserved at the Moravian Archives, Bethlehem.

After completing the workshop, you can schedule an individual two-hour session with Thomas McCullough to discuss your own genealogy and get additional help. The session can be scheduled according to your preference and costs $95.00.
